Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 June 2026

By using this website and our reports, you agree to these terms. They keep things clear about what our research is — and what it is not.

What we provide

Market Entry Reports publishes research reports that assess whether a consumer market is winnable, built from free, publicly available data with every figure linked to its source. The reports are provided for general information to help you think — they are a method for deciding, not a recommendation to act.

Not professional advice

Our reports are not investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and must not be relied on as such. They do not account for your specific circumstances. Always do your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any business or investment decision.

Accuracy & "as is"

We work hard to source every figure and to be honest about what public data cannot answer — we flag gaps rather than estimate. Even so, the reports are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Public data can be incomplete, lagged, or revised, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any figure or conclusion. Verdicts (GO / CAUTION / NO-GO) are analytical opinions, not assurances of any outcome.

Intellectual property

The reports, site design, and written content are owned by Market Entry Reports. You may read, download, and share our reports for your own internal and non-commercial use, with attribution. You may not resell them, republish them as your own, or use them to build a competing product without our permission. Underlying public sources remain the property of their respective owners and are linked for verification.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or abuse our forms or systems, and no unlawful use.

Third-party links

Our reports link to external sources so you can verify the data. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Market Entry Reports will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the reports or website.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country / jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to its courts.
